The faucet was unpacked before. Even finger prints were on the faucet and two brown pots on it too, so I returned it to Amazon.
But the faucet is really beautiful. I am going to buy the same one again.
Hopefully I will not get an unpacked one; Otherwise I will return it and buy somewhere else.
